While the concept of a 'citizen jury' is fine, is this not specific to a certain domestic system? Can we refer to such activities if the statutory planning framework may not facilitate such activities...? That said, it does feed into the wider information on stakeholder engagement, planning for the common good, citizen (as stakeholders) participation...
