Dispensaries of alcohol or drugs include all shops, bars, entertainment facilities or locations selling or otherwise distributing alcohol or recreational drugs.
Whether a number of dispensaries can be considered 'many' depends on the perception of the customers: in an environment where little other opportunities for acquiring alcohol, a small number might be considered many.
