Car access to an ATM is the feasibility of personal or commercial vehicles to ram an ATM. An ATM is only considered accessible by car if it meets the following criteria:

  • A car is physically able to near the ATM to the point where it touches the ATM or the wall that holds the ATM
  • This car is able to do this with a speed that is sufficient to cause damage to the ATM or wall
