Antisocial behaviour is the accumulation category of relatively small crimes that highly influence the security perception of citizens.
Description
Crimes that fall within this category are:
- Breach of the peace
- Conduct likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress (Section 5, Public Order Act 1986)
- Affray (a single person can commit this crime)
- Violent disorder (minimum of 3 offenders required)
- Drunk and disorderly
- Drunk and incapable
- Breach of local banning orders
