A thief is a person that takes another person's property without that person's permission or consent with the intent to deprive the rightful owner of it.

Types of thieves

Burglars

Burglars are persons who illicitly enter a building with the intent to committing an offence, particularly (but not limited to) theft.

Robbers

Robbers are persons taking or attempting to take something of value by force or threat of force or by putting the victim in fear.

Extortionists

Extortionists are persons who unlawfully obtain either money, property or services from a person(s), entity, or institution, through coercion.

Frauds

A fraud is a person who uses intentional deception for personal gain or to damage another individual.
